Professional Experience
Gemma Odena Bultó joined SE Ventures in 2025 from Gemma Executive Coaching, where she is the CEO and Founder. Previously, she was an Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, focusing on business transformation and growth strategy in the energy sector. Before that, Gemma spent nearly a decade at Enel, leading innovation and startup initiatives in the electrical grid domain, developing EV products, and promoting renewable energy business development.
Education
Gemma holds a Sloan Fellows MBA from MIT Sloan, an Executive Master in Business Development from SDA Bocconi, and a Master in Project Management from Europa Business School. She graduated from La Sapienza (Italy), Aalborg Universitet (Denmark), and Universitat Politectica de Catalunya (Spain) with a Master and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
