Caroline Wells
Introduction
Caroline Wells is the Head of Legal for SE Ventures, where she manages all aspects of the fund's legal operations, provides strategic counsel to the investment team, advises on deal structures and navigates corporate governance matters for the fund's portfolio companies.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining SE Ventures, Caroline was an associate at Fenwick & West where she represented investors, start-ups and public companies in the technology and life sciences industries, advising on a diverse array of corporate matters including formations, venture capital financings, debt financings, public offerings, SEC compliance, public company disclosure matters and general corporate governance.
Education
Caroline holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and a B.A. in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University.
